Design and brand agency Concept Envy has moved it’s office downtown to a new mixed use development on the Milwaukee River at the former Laacke & Joys site at 1433 N Water St. The decision was driven by the company’s desire for a fresh approach to coworking and collaboration.
In addition to being able to work alongside the best talent in the Milwaukee area, Concept Envy was drawn to energy of the new location, with its open spaces and views of the Milwaukee river and downtown.
Owner Zach Beaman believes that collaborative work environments are going to continue to grow in the Milwaukee area. The new location will allow Concept Envy to better serve its clients in the B2B, sports, and outdoor recreation spaces by serving as a central and vibrant hub for their operations.
He says, “Our agency is always looking for ways to evolve. Spaces Milwaukee is a perfect fit, a huge leap forward in fact. The free flowing work environment allows us to scale our team, host clients and events, and become more involved in our amazing city, all while helping to build an awesome culture. This is a huge move and we’re all very excited!”
